Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Your tee time is confirmed only after full payment received via the secure payment gateway and booking confirmation code. We facilitate the booking; the golf course provides the service.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
- More than 48 hours before tee time: full credit refund
- 48 hours or less: no refunds
- Some courses have stricter rules (e.g. 72 hours or no refunds)
- No-Shows / Late Arrivals: Arrive 15 – 30 minutes early to check in at the pro shop. Failure to show or check in may forfeit the booking with no refund/credit
CHANGES: Subject to availability and possible fees; contact the course directly
COURSE RULES: Must follow the golf course’s dress code, etiquette, handicap rules, etc. Non-compliance may result in denial of play (no refund)
WEATHER CONDITIONS: Play proceeds in most weather. No automatic refunds for rain, wind, etc., unless the course officially closes
LIABILITY: We are not responsible for course conditions, services, or any injury/loss. Play at your own risk. Australian Consumer Law rights apply
