The Course

Tallwoods is located on the Mid North Coast a 3.5 hour drive north of Sydney. Tallwoods golf course is an established, world-class, 18-hole championship course and is proudly Australia’s only course designed by the award winning Dr Michael Hurdzan. The course was designed maximising the undulating topography to create a wonderful course that traverses rugged terrain with severe elevation changes. Several green complexes sit in little amphitheatres, buried in the hillside beneath extravagant home sites. Tallwoods is an arborist’s delight featuring a mixture of high canopy majestic eucalyptus (tallowoods, blackbutt, ironbark, yellow gums and red gums) with prolific native vegetation and extensive water features throughout the course.
