Nudgee Golf Club’s 36 hole complex originated in the late 1920’s. The Golf Club was formed in 1930 and the original clubhouse built shortly after. The Club progressively grew, creating a new 18 hole layout, opened in 1950, and a further nine holes opened in 1964, with the final nine holes added in 1991, forming the two championship courses that exist today. The Club has previously hosted two Queensland Opens, the Australasian PGA Tour School, and a number of National, State and district events.
From Friday 26th September 2014 our South Golf Course will be changed to an interim layout to make way for Main Roads to upgrade the Gateway Motorway. The course has been turned into a 27 hole facility with 3 different 18 hole combinations named Bay Course, Brook Course and Gateway Course.
